Holly Molly, folks!
Yes, with this morning's addition of Bruce "The Endurer" Procton, who will be traveling all the way from Greensboro, North Carolina, to join us, Extravaganza 2008 has just tipped the scales with 70 active participants!!
I say "active" as this number does not include: (i) Der Blogmaster, (ii) our IWFF film director (who will be staying at the house with us during the Group Two filming of Extravaganza 2008), (iii) the IWWF staff, (iv) the six lucky high school budding filmmakers who have been awarded Extravaganza Scholarships to do the filming of this year's event, (v) our (now two...count 'em!) masseuses, (vi) Jeff the Outfitter/BBQuer, (vii) Kathy's twin sister Julie and her sidekick-relations Barbie, (viii) the GH guides and their Fourth of July guest(s), (ix) all of our wonderful neighbors (headlined by Miller and Karen Barber), or (x) your hostess "Kocktail Kathy" and yours truly, Rock Creek Ron, such that, when you add it all up, there will actually well over 100 participants in this year's Extravaganza...clearly an Extravaganza record (if not some kind of other Rock Creek/Montana record)!
Congrats to all, and fasten your seat belts, folks as (a) it is still snowing in Montana, (b) we are looking at an upcoming, of-recent record runoff, and (c) perhaps as never before, the now seventy-strong Extravaganza 2008 is going to truly rock 'n' roll!
