Rock Creek Log-O-Meter
Located right at the two mile marker of Rock Creek Road (for your rookies out there, that's two miles up from its confluence with the Clark Fork of the Columbia River at I-90), one finds a log that spans a portion of Rock Creek--a log which indicates, when water flows over its outstretched arm, that the Creek flows at 1,000 cfs (cubic feet per second).
Attached is a photo of that Log-O-Meter taken earlier today...compare it to the discharge report found right below the weather button on Der Blog!!
